I'll start off by saying Treadmills are wonderful, My stomach can flap around in the privacy of the spare room.
Anyways, Got through ~18mins of the fat burning program on Level 5 (The highest D:)
I think I shall do Level 4 tommorow.
Plus side is my heart rate was around 120 for roughly 10 minutes. Which is close to the recommended minimum of 12. So im happy with that.
I shall now go and shower.
P.S. I lost 300 grams of weight yesterday :D :D :D
